Worldwide Supply reserves the right to accept returns at our discretion and may charge a 15% restocking fee if the unit was opened or is being returned for any reason other than defective merchandise or an error on our representatives quote. Our Return Department will issue you an email stating that the return was approved or denied within 48 hours. If the RMA is approved an RMA # and instructions to ship the equipment back will be emailed to the address above. All shipping costs for returning equipment are at the customers expense.
