SMS 1000 / 18000 Series Redback RouterThe Redback SMS 1000/1800 flagship product address service providers needs for aggregating and managing thousands of broadband subscribers. Deployed at service providers' points of presence (POPs), the SMS 1800 product accepts a large concentration of broadband subscriber traffic from layer-1 and layer-2 network-access-equipment such as DSL access multiplexers (DSLAMs), cable modem termination systems (CMTS) and wireless access-points and deliver groomed IP subscriber traffic to providers' backbone routers.

Our new excess, refurbished and used Redback routers come upgradeable and compatible through a common and flexible software platform which keeps used networking equipment in today's technology.
